
I mean digital items doesn't cost them money on a one-on-one basis. Only communication has been through e-mail. And neither of us had a responce on the game in the support section. After multiple complaints the only responce was after a week."I will forward to dev team".no ETA nothing. Only responce was that he either already had the game at some point (Never happened as he never heard of it) or he didn't use my link (I actually saw him click in and install the game). He has also opened a ticket and has not heard back. I saw him use my link and no credit to either of our accounts.

I submitted a ticket and refered a friend that has never heard of the game. But Their customer service and support is HORRIBLE!!!! I even understood about there outage a few days ago as I work in IT and know there are always underlining issue.

First wanted to say I started to like this game alot.
